Across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic.
Most of our Virginia work is a short drive, not a flight. That keeps mobilization simple and makes it easier to get a crew on site when the schedule moves.
Hampton Roads
Norfolk, Newport News, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Hampton, and Virginia Beach. Shipyards and ship repair, defense work, and the manufacturers that support them.
Richmond and Central Virginia
Our home base. Manufacturing plants, process lines, and industrial facilities from Richmond out to Petersburg, Fredericksburg, and Charlottesville.
Northern Virginia
Defense, aerospace, and government-related work along the Northern Virginia corridor.
Western Virginia
Roanoke, Lynchburg, and the Shenandoah Valley, where heavy manufacturing and power generation sites need alignment and inspection support.
The wider Mid-Atlantic
Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, and North Carolina are close enough to reach the same way. Past that, the nSIGHT Network covers the rest of the country.

Virginia roots, Virginia work.
Ron Hicks ran the Dimensional Control Department at Newport News Shipbuilding, and Joe Sabol led shipfitting, welding, and metrology there. The approach on every nSIGHT job comes from that background.
One Virginia example: in Chesapeake, a single specialist with a portable arm measured 405 segregated diesel engine block castings over about three months, so a global foundry could release, rework, or scrap each one on real data. Read the case study

Straight answers.
Do you cover all of Virginia?
Yes. Hampton Roads and Central Virginia are closest to our people, and we travel statewide and across the Mid-Atlantic. For work farther out, the nSIGHT Network puts a vetted specialist closer to the site.
Does a Virginia job cost less to mobilize?
Usually. Travel time and expenses are quoted per job, and a site a short drive away carries less of both than one that needs a flight and hotel nights.
How fast can you get someone on site?
Typically about three days, depending on scope, site access, and where the work is. Tell us the date you need and we will give you a straight answer on whether we can hold it.
Can you work inside a shipyard or another controlled site?
Yes. Our leadership spent their careers inside one of the largest shipyards in the country. Tell us the access requirements when you send the scope and we will plan the crew around them.
Have a job in Virginia that needs measuring?
Tell us where the site is and what needs measuring, and we will come back with a straight read and a quote, the same business day.
